Very flavorful and pairs with almost anything!
This is really good seasoning. Sprinkle it on any protein or vegetable dish. I think it will also taste good sprinkled on cooked rice with some olive oil.
It gave my vegan baked ziti the pop of flavored that ist needed. Glad to have meet you and appreciate your services in proving a wonderful project.

I am such a big fan of this cookbook! When I originally came across it I was hesitant, I really thought that I knew how to make most of the recipes it contained. However I was pleasantly surprised by the innovation and differences that are found in these recipes. I was very lucky to be able to attend Miose's Master Cooking Class and under her informative instruction I was able to make so many of these wonderfully improved recipes. All the recipes I've tried from the cookbook have been delicious! I've even used the egg substitute to add to recipes of my own and it turned out great! I highly recommend this cookbook "A Taste of Eden" and Miose's wonderful cooking classes.
I love this cookbook! So far I have made the scalloped potatoes, avocado bean toast, stir-fried quinoa, vegan omelet, biscuits, macaroni and cheese, whole wheat bread, berry pie, and meat substitute. Everything has tasted delicious. When I first saw the recipes I thought to myself " I already know how to cook these things", but I was wrong. The addition of Miose's special spice blends takes them to a whole new and improved level. Some of the recipes don't call for spices like bread and biscuits. That's where her instructions really made a difference. I was fortunate to be able to participate in Miose's Masterclass Cooking Class. For five days the students received live instruction via Zoom. We cooked right along with her and she checked on our technique all along the way. I'm proud to say I can finally make flakey biscuits and fluffy tall bread. Miose made sure each one of us were successful. I highly recommend the cookbook "A Taste of Eden", the spice blends and the Masterclass.
